Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent member service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and offering appropriate financial solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services to assist members effectively.
- Handle cash and check transactions with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies, security procedures, and legal requirements.
- Support team members and collaborate to achieve branch goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the success of the team.
