Job Summary:
Ticopti Technology Services Ltd is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to help organise technology projects and support teams in delivering work efficiently and on schedule. This role is suited to someone who is organised, comfortable working with technical teams, and interested in coordinating projects from planning through completion.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across IT projects
- Maintain project schedules, task lists, and deadlines
- Communicate with technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Track project progress and follow up on outstanding actions
- Organise meetings and record key project updates
- Maintain project documents and technical information
- Help identify project risks, delays, and issues
- Support software, hardware, and system implementation projects
- Assist with testing, deployment, and project handover
- Prepare routine project reports and status updates
Requirements:
- Experience in IT, project coordination, administration, technology support, or a related area
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with technical information
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of project management processes
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
- Comfortable using common workplace software
- Willingness to learn new technologies and project tools
