Job Overview
Zenvora Technologies is looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
The candidate should have good technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a willingness to assist users with technical issues. Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and IT support tools will be beneficial.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. Candidates must be willing to work from the company office. Remote and work-from-home options are not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot operating system issues, application errors, and computer performance problems.
- Install, configure, and update software, drivers, and security patches.
- Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet access.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and office IT infrastructure.
- Support Windows operating systems and basic Linux environments, as required.
