As a Senior Klaviyo Migration & Rollout Consultant, you will be working for our client on a strategic transformation project focused on migrating marketing operations from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Klaviyo. You will help transfer customer data structures, marketing processes, automations, and campaigns while supporting the rollout across multiple international markets and business entities.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Klaviyo.
- Transfer and optimize marketing processes, customer data structures, automations, and campaigns.
- Plan and support Klaviyo rollouts across multiple international markets and business entities.
- Design and implement customer segmentation strategies and target-group logic.
- Support the centralization of customer and performance data.
- Assist with data mapping, integrations, and testing activities.
- Coordinate go-live preparation and execution.
- Contribute to the design and optimization of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing activities.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in marketing technology, CRM, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering Klaviyo migration projects, ideally from Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo integrations.
- Experience supporting international or multi-market rollouts.
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation and target-group logic.
- Strong knowledge of automated marketing flows and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience with customer journey design, data mapping, integrations, and testing.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- German language skills.
- Experience working across multiple business entities or international markets.
- Availability to work full-time; a minimum commitment of 50% is required.
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
Language Required for the role: Fluent English. German is a strong plus.
