Not applying for a job today? That's exactly who we want to hear from.
At iTeach, some of our best hires never applied for a job. They stayed connected, and when the right role opened, they were already on our radar.
We're building a Talent Community — a pool of passionate, purpose-driven people across teaching, program, operations, and school leadership - so that when a vacancy comes up, we don't start from scratch. We start from you.
How it works
You apply. You interview. You get selected. And then you wait — with us.
There may not be a vacancy today. There may be one next week, or in six months. But once you're selected into the community, you're first in line. The moment a role opens in your function and location, we reach out and move you into it directly — no fresh application, no starting over.
What you're signing up for
- A real interview process with our hiring team - not an automated screen.
- A genuine place on our priority list for upcoming roles.
- Occasional updates on iTeach, our schools, and our openings.
- No obligation. You can step out of the community at any point.
If you're looking for a role right now, we still want to hear from you — tell us your ideal start date below and we'll prioritise accordingly.
A note on timing, honestly: we can't promise a date. We can promise that when the role appears, you're the call we make first.
