About the role
As an AE you run the full cycle — discovery to close — for SMB and SME clients, backed by certified technical pre-sales.
What you'll do
- Run structured discovery (we train you on SPIN) and qualify with BANT+.
- Build and present solutions with Pre-Sales support; negotiate and close.
- Own an honest pipeline and forecast.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Technical team.
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years B2B sales, ideally ICT/technology.
- A track record of hitting quota and closing.
- Strong commercial communication and presentation.

Compensation
₱25,000–30,000 basic per month plus uncapped commission (IXS-SAL-025). Statutory benefits and 13th-month. Path to Senior AE.
Career Path
AE (L2) → Senior AE (L3), per IXS-SAL-036; gated by certification and sustained quota.
