We are looking for a skilled **Data Analyst** with a strong expertise in **Power BI** to help us drive data\-backed decision\-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Dashboard Development:** Design, build, and maintain visually stunning and highly functional Power BI dashboards and reports. * **Data Integration:** Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (SQL, Excel, Cloud storage) into Power BI. * **Advanced Analytics:** Write complex DAX queries, functions, and optimize data models for peak performance. * **Business Intelligence:** Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements. * **Data Maintenance:** Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports.
**What We Are Looking For**
* **Experience:** 1–3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer. * **Power BI Mastery:** Deep understanding of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query. * **Technical Skills:** Strong proficiency in **SQL** (joining tables, writing queries) and advanced **Excel**. * **Analytical Mindset:** Strong problem\-solving skills with the ability to look at a chart and tell the "story" behind the numbers. * **Communication:** Good communication skills to explain technical insights to non\-technical stakeholders.
