JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
- At least 1+ years of experience in end-to-end Fund Accounting (FA) or portfolio reconciliation
- Proven experience working with hedge funds and/or private equity accounts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH, and Pivot Tables
- Experience in Fund Management Companies (as an Operations Analyst or Senior Fund Analyst) and trade lifecycle exposure is highly preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee end-to-end fund accounting operations and perform comprehensive portfolio and cash reconciliations
- Manage financial transactions and reporting packages for hedge fund and private equity accounts
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH, Pivot Tables) to process, analyze, and report complex fund data
- Track and monitor trade lifecycle activities, trade settlements, and portfolio movements
- Collaborate with global teams and client partners to resolve accounting discrepancies.
