Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. At least 2 years of experience as a Production Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. Experience in wiring harness, automotive wiring, or electrical component manufacturing is an advantage. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing standards. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, process improvement, and problem-solving techniques. Ability to analyze production data, monitor performance, and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel. Willingness to work onsite and in a shifting schedule, if required.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements. Monitor the utilization of manpower, materials, machines, and other production resources. Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records of production performance. Support the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement activities. Assist in identifying the root causes of production defects, delays, and process inefficiencies.
