Production Supervisor - West

The Role:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning and coordinating the maintenance of Diving and Hyperbaric equipment in line with client schedules, requirements, budget constraints, and established quality and safety standards. Key measures of success include the on-time delivery of customer orders through effective planning, communication, and coordination, while ensuring all required Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) and Approved Inspection and Test Plans (AITPs) are completed and maintained in accordance with JFD requirements.
Based at Bibra Lake, the role provides supervisory support to the business line and is accountable to the Production Manager - Diving Systems.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintain a rolling six-month forecast of parts requirements for both ISS and non-ISS service and manufacturing activities, ensuring optimal stock availability to support operational demands.
- Coordinate service and maintenance activities in line with client requirements, delivery schedules, and Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) traceability standards.
- Lead and supervise the Dive and Hyperbaric team in Bibra Lake, promoting safe working practices, setting and monitoring performance targets, and conducting regular performance and development reviews.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with ISS contract delivery, providing accurate monthly reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion a strong safety culture by identifying opportunities to enhance safety, quality, systems, and operational processes across the business.
- Review and implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Design Change Notices (DCNs) as required, ensuring ISS and non-ISS production activities remain compliant and up to date.
- Support the timely and efficient delivery of customer orders through effective planning, communication, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ensure all production and service activities are conducted in accordance with company procedures, quality requirements, and industry best practices.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in production, maintenance, or service operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance against KPIs.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
