Jasper Software Solutions is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer who can manage servers, cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, testing, and bug fixing. The ideal candidate should have basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS, VPS management, Linux servers, and application deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain VPS and Cloud Servers (AWS, DigitalOcean, Hostinger, etc.)
- Configure and monitor Linux-based servers.
- Deploy web and mobile applications on production and staging environments.
- Set up and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, Route 53, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Monitor server performance, uptime, and security.
- Troubleshoot server issues, deployment failures, and infrastructure-related problems.
- Identify and fix application bugs in coordination with the development team.
- Perform application testing before production releases.
- Configure SSL certificates, domains, subdomains, and DNS records.
- Maintain backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Manage Git repositories and deployment workflows.
- Optimize server resources, application performance, and security.
- Document deployment processes and infrastructure configurations.
- Assist developers in resolving hosting and environment-related issues.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu Server Administration.
- Understanding of AWS Cloud Services.
- Experience with VPS management and hosting panels.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts.
- Basic understanding of Docker and containerization.
- Familiarity with Nginx, Apache, and reverse proxy configurations.
- Knowledge of SSL, DNS, Domains, and Server Security.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Understanding of application testing and bug fixing.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and server logs.
- Understanding of database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Experience handling React, Node.js, Laravel, or Android application deployments.
