About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Java Developer Intern who is passionate about software development and eager to gain real\-world experience. You will work on live projects, collaborate with experienced developers, and build enterprise applications using modern Java technologies.
This internship is ideal for candidates who have strong programming fundamentals and want to build a career in backend development.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain Java applications. * Build RESTful APIs using Spring Boot. * Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. * Debug, test, and resolve application issues. * Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. * Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members. * Learn and follow software development best practices.
Required Skills
* Good knowledge of Core Java. * Strong understanding of Object\-Oriented Programming (OOP). * Basic knowledge of Spring Boot. * Understanding of REST APIs. * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. * Familiarity with Git and version control. * Basic knowledge of Maven or Gradle. * Good problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of Spring Data JPA and Hibernate. * Basic understanding of Spring Security and JWT. * Familiarity with Docker or cloud platforms is an advantage. * Basic knowledge of React or JavaScript is a plus.
Eligibility
* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Strong programming fundamentals. * **Only candidates currently residing in Nagpur, Maharashtra should apply.** * **This is a 100% on\-site internship. Remote, hybrid, or work\-from\-home options are not available.** * Candidates must be able to work from our Nagpur office throughout the internship.
