About the Role
JDS Energy \& Mining is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to support the successful delivery of major projects. Working as part of an Integrated Project Team (IPT), this position provides cost control, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance monitoring throughout the project lifecycle. The Cost Controller plays a key role in ensuring project expenditures are accurately tracked, forecasted, and reported while supporting effective project decision making. Working closely with the Project Controls team, Project Manager, engineering, procurement, construction, and contractor teams, the Cost Controller is responsible for maintaining project cost information, monitoring project performance, supporting forecasting activities, and ensuring project expenditures remain aligned with approved budgets and project objectives. This position may require occasional travel to project sites to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.
