The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in success and growth by independently leading AI-powered product development, strategy, and management for high-impact products and contributing to overall product strategy. This role is based in the Philippines and works US business hours to collaborate in real time with onshore teams. This role champions a deep understanding of client needs and users to drive business growth, with a particular focus on identifying and embedding AI capabilities that create measurable value. The role leads market research, customer engagements, product discovery, and strategy formulation, leveraging AI tools and data insights to accelerate delivery and enhance product offerings.
Minimum 10+ years of total work experience preferably within consulting, outsourcing, insurance or other related field
Minimum of 5+ years in insurance, preferred
Minimum 5+ years Product Development and Agile Methodology
Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
