Full Stack Developer (MERN + AI Automations)

Role Overview
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in the MERN stack and practical exposure to AI integrations and automation workflows. You will work across frontend, backend, and integrations to build scalable web applications, dashboards, internal tools, and AI-powered automation systems that improve operational efficiency across our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
- Build and maintain REST APIs, backend services, and application logic
- Design and implement frontend dashboards, CRM modules, and internal tools
- Integrate AI services (OpenAI, embeddings, vector search, LangChain-based flows) into applications
- Create automation workflows using cron jobs, webhooks, queues, and third-party APIs
- Integrate external services such as Google APIs and other SaaS platforms
- Implement authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and security best practices
- Optimize database schemas, queries, and application performance
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Requirements
- Strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
- Experience building both frontend and backend components of production applications
- Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI or similar) into real workflows
- Solid understanding of API design, data flow, and system architecture
- Proficiency with Git, Postman, Linux, and cloud-based deployments
- Strong problem-solving skills and clean, maintainable coding practices

- Basic DevOps knowledge (PM2, Nginx, SSL, monitoring)
