What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Basic SAS programming knowledge or exposure is preferred
- R or Python knowledge is an advantage
- CDISC / SDTM knowledge is a plus — not mandatory at junior level
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working with deadlines
- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
- Must be willing to undergo 6 months of training in Guangzhou, China
What You'll Learn & Do
- Transform raw clinical trial data into SDTM datasets
- Develop and maintain SAS programs
- Validate datasets for accuracy and compliance
- Compare data transfers and identify discrepancies
- Perform clinical data quality checks
- Use Pinnacle 21 for validation
- Prepare SDTM documentation and specifications
- Develop patient profiles and support data analysis
- Work with Statisticians and Statistical Analysts
- Prepare accurate project deliverables and documentation
You don't need to arrive knowing everything.
What matters is having the right technical foundation, strong attention to detail and the willingness to learn a specialised skill set that combines programming, data and clinical research.
