"Asst. Manager – Demand & Supply Planner"

ROLE FOCUS: DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNING

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain demand forecasts across GT, MT, D2C & B2B channels.
Analyze sales trends, historical data, market inputs and forecast accuracy to improve demand planning.
Translate demand forecasts into production, procurement and supply plans.
Align demand and supply through effective Demand-Supply Planning / S&OP.
Plan inventory, replenishment and material requirements to ensure product availability.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement and Logistics teams to balance demand, capacity and supply.
Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels and supply gaps.
Utilize MRP and ERP systems to optimize planning and working capital.

CANDIDATE PORTFOLIO

Min 8+ years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Planning within the FMCG industry.
Strong expertise in demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization and production planning.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA / Oracle NetSuite / Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Graduate in Engineering or Supply Chain; MBA in Operations preferred.
FMCG industry experience is essential; Spices / Snacks or Beverages experience will be an advantage.
