The Specialist will be part of a growing team of Researchers who will monitor the Middle East \& Africa commercial real estate markets across various property sectors and industries. The Specialist will contribute to best\-in\-class research that differentiates JLL and provides a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

The Specialist will leverage proprietary JLL data and source, update and validate third party data. The Specialist will analyze and visualize data to communicate research insights to internal and external stakeholders and clients through a variety of channels. The Specialist will collaborate with our Research teams across the EMEA markets to produce regular quarterly market overviews and contribute to thought leadership publications and other content developed by the Research team.

**What this job involves:**

Develop detailed knowledge on Middle East \& Africa real estate market and wider macro\-fundamentals and trends impacting investors and occupiers. Interest in real estate with a strong commitment to learning micro\- and macro\-level market dynamics. Source and update, validate, analyze, and visualize data on the country’s/city’s commercial (and residential) undefined undefined Source and update data on the country’s macro and socio\-economic environment such as economic undefined Leveraging proprietary JLL data and third\-party data sources, produce standard Research deliverables undefined undefined Contribute to thought leadership and research content developed by Research teams (locally \& globally) through sharing data and contributing market knowledge and information relevant to drive client engagement and business growth. Support the business development process by delivering property and sector insights in various formats including slide decks. Supporting ongoing and new client Research Advisory mandates through market analysis and development of end\-product for the client. Act as a touchpoint for external and internal enquiries regarding the country’s real estate market, with a particular focus on data requirements, market intelligence and trends. Develop strong relationships and collaborate effectively with the Research lead and researchers in the country/market to effectively understand the market and develop the appropriate end\-product. Before you apply it’s worth knowing what we are looking for: Fluent communication – written and oral Interest in real estate with a strong commitment to learning micro\- and macro\-level market dynamics attitude and willingness to both \- work independently and as part of a dynamic matrixed organization Minimum 4 years’ professional experience can be in economics, consulting, real estate, economic development, urban planning, or other related fields Strong quantitative skillset, including Excel skills, with ability to identify new insights and trends through data undefined Experience working with information systems, data, and reporting. Excellent command of Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint…) Experience with working with Power BI and Python is preferred **AI Capabilities:** Foundational Understanding: Knows what AI is; understands distinction between AI tools and outputs **AI Tool Proficiency:** Uses approved AI tools for routine tasks (summarization, drafting, search) **Critical Evaluation:** Fact\-checks AI outputs; does not accept results at face value **undefinedDesirable:** Experience with data visualization tools and platforms.Experience in commercial real estate.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Social Science, Economics, or related discipline.Existing knowledge of information research tools.Knowledge of the Middle Eastern real estate market.
