Role Description
This is a customer-facing role with the primary responsibility of interfacing with the customers
for outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers via phone calls, emails

Convince the customer to clear the pending dues
-
Complete ownership & responsibility of assigned tasks

Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper resolution of queries of the
customers
- Strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
Min 3 months of experience in Collections
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Working knowledge of MSOffice
-
Language - Hindi and English
