Responsibilities Responsibilities:
- Support in overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and compliances.
- Assist in developing and executing talent strategies, including performance management, succession planning, training, and career development programs.
- Assist in developing and executing employee engagement initiatives and to support on managing programs to achieve an optimal employee satisfaction.
- Assist in controlling payroll processing, ensuring alignment with Indonesian legal requirements and industry standards.
- Assist in HR data analysis and reporting to provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Responsible for the recruitment process, onboarding, orientation program.
- Responsible for industrial relations and disciplinary processes, from warnings to termination.
- Supporting in conducting salary research or benchmarking to maintain competitive and fair compensation structures.
- Collaborate on HR-related projects and assignments related to Health & Safety and to support business objectives.
Requirements Requirements and background:
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations supervisory level including Recruitment, Payroll & HRIS
- Fluent in English (required)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and databases
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Knowledge in rewards strategy is a plus
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and dynamic mindset with a results-oriented approach
