Salary Range: $50,000\.00 \- $65,000\.00 per year

**Requirements**
----------------
* Active Florida P\&C insurance license * Personal Lines Insurance experience required; Commercial Lines experience a plus * Strong communication skills to build trust with clients * Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently * Proficient with computers, insurance quoting tools, and office software * Experience with QuoteRush, insurer web portals, and Citizens system preferred * Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and policy compliance * Highly organized, adaptable, and reliable in a fast\-paced office setting * Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
**Responsibilities**

* Write Personal Lines property policies for new clients with occasional boat, auto and renters policies * Write occasional Commercial Lines policies such as general liability etc. * Re\-shop and rewrite current customers if needed * Quote prospects and explore cross\-selling opportunities * Provide limited service support for recent clients you've written **About Us**
