Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Florida P&C insurance license
- Personal Lines Insurance experience required; Commercial Lines experience a plus
- Strong communication skills to build trust with clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficient with computers, insurance quoting tools, and office software
- Experience with QuoteRush, insurer web portals, and Citizens system preferred
- Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and policy compliance
- Highly organized, adaptable, and reliable in a fast-paced office setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Responsibilities
- Write Personal Lines property policies for new clients with occasional boat, auto and renters policies
- Write occasional Commercial Lines policies such as general liability etc.
- Re-shop and rewrite current customers if needed
- Quote prospects and explore cross-selling opportunities
- Provide limited service support for recent clients you've written
