Responsibilities
Workshop Management & Team Leadership

Manage, support and coordinate the workshop team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Organise workloads and allocate tasks according to priorities and operational requirements.

Maintenance & Repair Coordination

Monitor the progress of work and ensure that repairs meet the required quality standards.
Quality, Safety & Documentation

Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and quality standards.

Monitor the quality and efficiency of workshop activities and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is correctly documented and recorded.

Promote safe working practices and ensure that procedures are followed by the workshop team.
Stock & Equipment Management

Manage stock levels of spare parts, tools and workshop equipment.

Coordinate orders for parts and tools to ensure availability and avoid disruptions to workshop activities.

Monitor the use of workshop resources and ensure their efficient management.
Profile
Education & Experience
-
You hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent professional experience.

You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a workshop management role.

You have solid technical knowledge of the maintenance and repair of trucks and semi-trailers from various brands.

You have experience managing or coordinating a team in a technical or workshop environment.
Languages
- You are proficient in Dutch, English and French, both spoken and written.
