Operations Supervisor, Airport Transfer (NAIA Terminal 3)
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our Airport Transfer operations at NAIA Terminal 3. You will run the T3 dispatch site and own day-to-day Airport Transfer operations on the ground: managing our airport fleet drivers, dispatching trips, tracking driver attendance, building schedules, and making sure every scheduled and walk-in passenger gets a smooth, on-time airport transfer pickup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all airport fleet drivers overall: shift briefings, conduct and grooming standards, coaching and escalations.
- Inspect drivers and vehicles every shift: driver fitness for duty, grooming and documents; vehicle cleanliness, condition, fuel and papers.
- Oversee dispatch and returns: assign drivers to scheduled and walk-in bookings and track their return to the T3 dispatch site after each trip.
- Track driver time in/out and attendance; submit daily attendance and trip reports.
- Build weekly driver schedules for 24/7 coverage, with extra capacity on peak days.
- Coordinate with the backroom team (scheduled bookings), lounge CSAs and cashier (walk-ins), and other concerned departments.
- Handle all driver-related concerns on site and escalate to the right department when needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in an operations position related to driver management, ideally with supervisory experience.
- Experience managing staff, schedules and attendance records.
- Organized, detail-oriented and decisive under pressure.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and other admin tools; at ease with technology and apps.
- Willing to work night, weekend and holiday shifts at NAIA T3 as needed.
