ERP Next Implementation & Maintenance Specialist
About the Role We're looking for an ERPNext specialist to lead the implementation, customization, and ongoing maintenance of our ERPNext (Frappe Framework) system. You'll work closely with stakeholders across departments to configure modules, integrate workflows, and ensure the platform runs smoothly and scales with business needs.
Key Responsibilities - Implement and configure ERPNext modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Projects, etc.) based on business requirements - Customize doctypes, workflows, print formats, reports, and dashboards using the Frappe Framework - Develop custom apps, scripts (Python/JavaScript), and API integrations with third-party systems - Migrate data from legacy systems into ERPNext (data mapping, cleaning, import/export) - Manage server setup, deployment, upgrades, and backups (Bench CLI, Docker, Linux environments) - Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and user-reported errors - Train end-users and create documentation/SOPs for system usage - Set up user roles, permissions, and access controls - Monitor system performance and implement periodic maintenance and version upgrades - Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Required Skills & Qualifications - Hands-on experience implementing and customizing ERPNext / Frappe Framework - Proficiency in Python and JavaScript - Experience with MariaDB/MySQL database management - Familiarity with Linux server administration and Bench CLI - Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations - Knowledge of core business processes (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, HR, Manufacturing) - Experience with Git/version control - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience with full-cycle ERP implementations (requirement gathering to go-live) - Experience.
