- At least 3 years of professional software development experience, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
- Proven experience independently delivering production software.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern backend development environment.
- Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, or comparable frameworks.
- Experience designing and working with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience deploying applications to AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel, or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and production debugging.
