Job Description: Executive/ Senior Executive - Presales (Real Estate)

Key deliverable:
➢ Make telephonic calls to prospects & Generating lead through telephonic conversation.
➢ Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
➢ Briefing the customers about project, Latest Schemes & Offers etc. and Brand Promotion
➢ Maintain follow-ups with Clients on Regular basis feedback - mails/phones (communication channel. Convince Clients to visit site
➢ Should keep the record of Feedback - mails/phones (communication channel) ➢ Daily updating of leads on the CRM.
➢ Ability to drive site walk ins of Clients and Channel Partners
➢ Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
➢ Understand and manage personal performance daily.
➢ Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
