We're looking for a hands\-on Operations Manager to work directly with the founder and own day\-to\-day operations across our coffee business — inventory, supply chain, café/franchise support, and vendor coordination. This is a high\-ownership role suited to someone who wants to build systems and processes in a growing, founder\-led company rather than follow an existing playbook.
What You'll Do
* Own end\-to\-end operations across sourcing, curing/storage, B2B trading, and D2C/café functions * Streamline and manage inventory across green beans, roasted beans, and ancillary products * Coordinate with roasting partners, franchise café operators, and supply chain partners * Track and report on order fulfillment, stock levels, and operational bottlenecks * Help build and document repeatable processes (SOPs) as the business scales * Coordinate logistics between Koraput sourcing/curing operations and Bhubaneswar\-based trading and retail * Work closely with the founder on vendor negotiations, cost control, and process improvement
What We're Looking For
* Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic inventory/ordering systems * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — able to juggle multiple moving parts (sourcing, trading, retail) at once * Good communication skills (written/verbal) to coordinate with farmers, roasters, franchise partners, and vendors * Willingness to travel occasionally to Koraput * Prior experience in F\&B, agri\-business, or retail/franchise operations is a plus * Genuine interest in coffee/specialty coffee is a bonus, not a requirement
Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
