Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. * Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. * Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for Sales Executive positions in the BPO domain. * Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. * Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. * Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards. * Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
* 1–1\.5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO hiring. * Experience hiring Sales Executives or similar customer\-facing roles. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn. * Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment. * Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * HR certification is an added advantage.
