With a growing pipeline of Data Centres, Commercial Towers, Large-Scale Residential Developments and Education Projects, we're looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to help secure and shape our next generation of landmark projects.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Estimator, you'll play a critical role in winning work and driving project success from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of high-quality tender submissions and pricing proposals
- Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
- Source, analyse and negotiate contractor and supplier pricing
- Maintain accurate cost databases and benchmarking information
- Lead tender presentations and interviews
- Prepare construction budgets and hand over projects to delivery teams
- Mentor and develop Estimators across the business
- Drive continuous improvement across estimating systems and processes
What You'll Bring
- Significant experience as a Senior Estimator within Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction - Minimum 10 years
- Proven success pricing medium-to-large-scale building projects
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced CostX and EstimateOne capability
- Deep understanding of construction methodologies and procurement strategies
- A collaborative leadership style and passion for mentoring others
