Karamia is looking for a creative and results\-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence across social media, content platforms, and AI\-powered marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
\* Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
\* Plan and execute engaging content and marketing campaigns.
\* Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, analytics, and campaign performance.
\* Manage paid digital advertising and optimize ROI.
\* Monitor trends, insights, and performance metrics to drive growth.
\* Collaborate with internal teams and external creators/influencers.
**Requirements**:
\* Exposure to AI platforms, tools, digital and social media marketing projects.
\* Fresh graduates with foundational knowledge passion may apply.
\* Strong understanding of major social platforms and digital advertising.
\* Experience using AI tools for marketing and content creation.
\* Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
\* Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment.
**Location:** GTA, Ontario (Hybrid) (Scope covers Oakville, Ottawa, Markham locations) Some travel applicable basis business need.
