Job Summary
We are looking for an AI-Driven QA Automation Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in test automation, web and mobile application testing, API automation, and Salesforce testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Playwright using JavaScript/TypeScript, Appium, WebdriverIO, and performance testing using K6.
The candidate should also have exposure to AI-assisted testing tools and intelligent test automation solutions, along with a strong willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI technologies in quality engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
- Build and execute automated test suites for web, mobile, API, and Salesforce applications.
- Perform end-to-end, functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Automate web applications using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Perform mobile automation testing for Android and iOS using Appium and WebdriverIO.
- Develop and execute REST/SOAP API automation tests and validate integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and business workflows.
- Conduct performance and load testing using K6.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Use SOQL/SOSL for Salesforce data validation and backend testing.
- Validate Apex tests, integrations, and Salesforce deployments.
- Explore AI-driven testing tools for test case generation, defect prediction, and automated test maintenance.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, report defects, and recommend quality improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in QA Automation, Test Automation, or SDET roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with mobile automation using Appium and WebdriverIO.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP API testing and automation.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with K6 for performance and load testing.
- Hands-on experience configuring CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Apex testing, and integration testing.
- Proficiency with Git and version control practices.
- Exposure to AI-powered testing tools, AI-assisted automation frameworks, or intelligent test generation solutions.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-driven quality engineering and test automation tools.
- Understanding of AI-assisted test generation, self-healing automation, and intelligent test maintenance.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
