**PMP Manager**
The PMP Manager will be responsible for the leadership, coordination, and governance of Plant Modification Proposals (PMPs). This role ensures that modifications to plant and processes are controlled, safe, and compliant with Site License Conditions and SLP 1\.02\.14 requirements.
The role leads PMP delivery from initiation through to closeout, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, integration with project controls, and adherence to safety, environmental, and design intent requirements.

* Demonstrated experience in PMP management * Completion of PMP\-related training: * Environmental Awareness (EL0160\) * COMAH Awareness (FB0060\) * Proven attendance and presentation at PMP committees * Demonstrated experience managing PMP closeout
