**About the Role**
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and guest\-focused Operations Manager
to lead the operations of our upcoming hospitality project in Nashik. The ideal candidate
should have experience managing luxury camps, tented accommodations, glamping
resorts, experiential stays, boutique resorts, or similar hospitality projects.
We are looking for someone who is hands\-on, proactive, and passionate about
creating exceptional guest experiences—not someone who relies only on years of
experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
Lead day\-to\-day operations of the property.
Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and memorable experiences.
Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, F\&B, Maintenance, Security, and Guest
Relations.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the on\-ground operations team.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and SOP compliance.
Handle guest concerns promptly and ensure quick resolution.
Coordinate with vendors, local authorities, and external partners.
Monitor operational budgets and optimize costs without compromising guest
experience.
Drive operational efficiency while maintaining premium hospitality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and operational guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and operational reports.
Support new initiatives, events, and property expansion activities.
**Preferred Experience**
2\-3 years of hospitality operations experience.
Experience managing luxury tented camps, glamping properties, experiential
stays, boutique resorts, wildlife camps, or premium resorts.
Candidates from luxury hospitality brands, adventure hospitality companies, or
experiential travel operators will be preferred.
Experience in pre\-opening or new property launch will be an added advantage.

Tech\-savvy with experience using hotel PMS, MS Excel, and operational
reporting tools.

**Qualification**
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a
related field.
Equivalent hospitality operations experience will also be considered.
