Job Title: Associate-Sales
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate-Sales to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The Associate-Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
