Job Title: Head HR
Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of HR. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the HR department, with a proven track record of leading and managing HR functions. The Head HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records and reporting requirements
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- SHRM certification is a plus
