Job Title: HR Associate
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the HR function department and will be responsible for providing support in various HR activities. The HR Associate will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth running of HR operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

- Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
- Support HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in HR function department.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
