Job Title: HR Executive
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Executive with at least 3 years of experience in the HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the HR department
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
