Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven HR Head to lead and manage our human resources department. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in HR leadership, capable of driving the company’s HR vision, strategy, and operations. As the HR Head, you will be responsible for ensuring that our human capital aligns with our business goals and supports the growth and culture of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives. Provide leadership to the HR team to drive initiatives that impact organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various functions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by developing programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and promoting a healthy work environment.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that align with organizational goals, ensuring fair assessments, feedback, and professional development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and compliance to ensure competitiveness and fairness in the market.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Leadership Development: Spearhead leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline and empower managers with the tools and skills required to succeed.
- Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the HR department’s budget and resources, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources management, with at least 5 years in an HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and drive organizational transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Experience in managing HR for large, multi-location organizations.
