Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of the HR department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR management and be knowledgeable in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
- Implement performance management systems to ensure employee productivity and engagement
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is an add-on.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- SHRM certification preferred
