As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will engage with prospective students, introduce them to a range of higher education programmes, and provide expert guidance to help them make informed decisions about their academic and career aspirations
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective students through outbound calls.
- Build rapport and identify students' educational and career aspirations.
- Promote and sell higher education qualifications and programmes.
- Manage and convert leads into successful enrolments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate records and notes.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the student journey.
- Follow up consistently on enquiries and leads.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) essential.
- Previous outbound sales, telesales, call centre, or student recruitment experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Computer literate and comfortable working with CRM systems.
- Passion for education and empowering others.
