We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns (Freshers) to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with sourcing and screening candidates. * Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. * Support onboarding and employee documentation. * Maintain employee records and HR databases. * Assist in employee engagement activities. * Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). * Willingness to learn and work in a fast\-paced environment.
