We are looking for a consultative sales professional with a pharmacy/medical sales background who understands that health is a personal journey. You will be the first point of contact for potential members — educating them on our metabolic program and guiding them toward enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
* Consultative Selling — Conduct discovery calls to understand each prospect's health goals and explain how MetaGo's program fits their needs.
* Follow-up & Pipeline Management — Use Ozonetel for calling, Zoho CRM for lead tracking, and WhatsApp for timely follow-ups.
* Patient Empathy — Act as a trusted health advisor, not just a salesperson, building long-term member trust.
Who You Are
* Education Mandatory — B. Pharma or D. Pharma; currently pursuing or engaged in medical sales is a plus.
* 1–2 years of experience selling premium or high-ticket services (AOV ₹50k+) via phone or video calls, ideally in pharma/medical sales.
* Background in Pharmacy, Pharma, or Allied Health — former Pharmacists, Medical Reps, or Health Professionals who have moved into sales are strongly preferred.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex health concepts for prospects.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
