Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned biopharma products * Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and sales data review * Prepare promotional material and scientific content for field teams * Coordinate product launches and lifecycle management * Train and support field force with product knowledge and marketing tools * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams: Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply Chain * Monitor brand performance and suggest corrective actions * Preferred Qualifications: * B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences background; MBA in Marketing preferred * 3\+ years of experience in PMT role within Pharma/Biopharma industry * Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills * Exposure to specialty or biologics segment is an added advantage
