We build large\-scale, mission\-critical platforms for sports management, event execution, and data\-driven decision\-making.
**Roles \& Responsibilities:**
* Develop, test, and maintain responsive, high\-performance user interfaces using ReactJS, Next.js. * Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code following industry best practices. * Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. * Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert wireframes into engaging, user\-friendly web pages. * Implement effective state management using Redux, Context API, or similar libraries for consistent data handling. * Integrate REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints with efficient and secure data fetching, caching, and synchronization. * Build and maintain automated tests using Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress to ensure reliability and stability. * Optimize frontend performance through techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, and monitoring with Lighthouse. * Work closely with cross\-functional teams to align technical solutions with business and user needs. * Maintain detailed technical documentation for architecture, specifications, and processes.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 3 years of frontend development experience, particularly with **ReactJS** and **Next.js**. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Strong skills in building responsive user interfaces, integrating APIs, and managing application state. * Preferably experience in sports or related industries, with a proven track record of designing user\-centric Frontends.
