Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, establish, and document quality control processes to ensure consistency and compliance across project activities.
- Review and analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement effective process enhancements.
- Conduct inspections and testing on products, materials, works, or services to ensure they meet project specifications and quality requirements.
- Maintain proper records of inspections, testing results, audit findings, and quality-related documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Communicate quality findings clearly and escalate major issues or non-conformances to the relevant teams for corrective action.
- Ensure completed works or finished products meet customer requirements, project specifications, and applicable regulatory or industry standards.
- Identify potential quality risks and propose preventive or corrective action plans to minimize project quality issues.
- Conduct regular site or process audits to ensure adherence to approved procedures, standards, and quality control requirements.
- Work closely with project, site, technical, and operations teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a high school diploma, SPM, or equivalent qualification.
- Quality-related certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in QA/QC, quality assurance, quality control, site inspection, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in data center, construction, cabling, electrical, ELV, M&E, or related project environments will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, well-organized, result-driven, and able to work independently.
- Capable of working under minimal supervision and delivering results within tight deadlines.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel to project sites when required.
