Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in company systems, ERP and Excel sheets.
- Maintain and organize records, reports, invoices, orders and other operational documents.
- Verify data for accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS and data reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, validate and update relevant information.
- Ensure timely updation of records and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle data-related queries and provide information to concerned teams whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company and customer information.
- Support the team in other administrative and data management activities as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately and within timelines.
- Prior experience in data entry, MIS or back-office operations will be an added advantage.
