Job Description
- Assist the Factory Manager in managing daily factory operations and production activities.
- Supervise production workers and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor production processes, product quality and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee QA/QC activities, including quality inspections and defect control.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and maintain ISO documentation, SOPs and quality records.
- Coordinate internal and external ISO audits and follow up on audit findings, NCR and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Maintenance, Store and other departments.
- Identify operational and quality issues and implement improvement actions.
- Prepare production and quality reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Factory Manager.
Requirement : - Minimum Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Management, or a related field. - Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or factory environment. - Experience in production management and manpower supervision is an advantage. - Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure. - Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
