**Support Production and Keep Operations Running Smoothly**

This role is ideal for someone hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn. You’ll assist with materials handling, logistics, and housekeeping to keep our trailer manufacturing operations efficient and organized.

**Who You Are**

You’re a reliable, physically capable team player with strong attention to detail and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks. You’re adaptable, safety\-focused, and thrive in a fast\-paced shop environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist with loading and unloading materials and products, primarily with our rail team + (forklift training provided if required) * Perform general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, recycling, waste disposal, and restocking consumables * Support the logistics team by organizing inventory, staging materials, and maintaining order in the warehouse * Assist production teams as needed, adapting to changing priorities and tasks to meet production goals * Understand and comply with all PPE requirements at all times, work safely every day and encourage all team members to do the same * Read and interpret blueprints, bills of material, and work instructions as necessary to perform each task * Fabricate, assemble, prep and/or finish components as needed * Provide training and assistance to other employees as assigned and willing to cross train

**Required Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to lift 50\+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately * Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team * Commitment to following safety protocols * Strong team player

**Preferred (but not required):**

* Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting * Forklift certification or ability to obtain

* Hours: Full\-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM * Location: Penticton, BC * Environment: Industrial shop floor and warehouse
