Area Manager – Free State
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Monitor and drive branch financial performance, including loan advances, revenue, fees, expenses, collections, impairments and overall profitability (NPAT).
- Operational Management: Ensure effective branch operations, compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, accurate reporting, and achievement of area sales and collections targets.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow business volumes, promote all financial products and value-added services, and improve overall branch performance.
- People Management: Lead, motivate and manage branch teams, monitor employee performance, facilitate training and development, address performance concerns, and support effective communication across the area.
- Performance Improvement: Provide operational support and guidance to branches, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Knowledge and understanding of the microfinance industry.
- Position based in the Free State.
Pay: R15 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
