Position: Accounts Executive
Work Location: Kitchen Inc, Petaling Jaya
Working Hour: Weekdays (9AM-6PM)
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and positive individual to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, a strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and accounting documents.
- Perform bank and monthly account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing.
- Assist with monthly closing, financial reports, payroll, and tax documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when necessary.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Assist in e-Invoicing processes and ensure compliance with applicable requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- XERO Accounting Software experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail: Careful, accurate, and thorough when handling financial records.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
